About BCS

Biomass Combustion Systems

We are exclusively a Wood Combustion Technology Company

At Biomass Combustion Systems, we believe strongly that wood energy lowers and stabilizes industrial energy costs and, burning wood, a greenhouse gas neutral process, is good for the environment. We are also convinced that the adoption of wood energy by individual companies and industries contributes to national economic independence.

The challenge and mission at BCS has been to capture wood’s fuel capacity and to provide systems that provide “low cost wood BTU's for our customers. Through our expertise in wood combustion technology, we are able to manufacture systems that are clean burning, durable and optimize combustion for a wide range of wood fuels.

For our boiler projects, we have used the same Horizontal Zoned Grate System for over 22 years. Our experience has taught us that combustion systems must be designed for multiple wood fuels and this grate system technology enables us to meet a wide range of our customer’s needs.

Today, clean emissions are a critical consideration when choosing wood energy and we are committed to manufacturing furnace systems that respect the environment. In addition to maximum combustion capacity, our furnaces are designed to have minimal particulate emissions.
